Job summary

Monte Rosa Therapeutics, Inc is seeking a Senior Research Associate I/II to design and execute in vivo proof-of-concept studies across oncology and inflammatory disease programs. You will work in our AAALAC-accredited Animal Care Facility and support dosing, sample collection, and data reporting, with occasional evenings/weekends as protocols require.

Strong background in in vivo techniques and cell culture is preferred.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in biology, pharmacology, animal science or related field with at least four years of industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory animals and multi-route dosing.
• Experience preparing compound formulations and dose calculations.
• Ability to work evenings/weekends as study needs require.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative work across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform in vivo procedures in mice including dosing and sample collection.
• Design and conduct in vivo studies for target biology and disease models.
• Maintain accurate study records and data summaries.
• Occasional evening/weekend animal dosing and related tasks.
• Assess animal health per IACUC and report concerns.
• Process biological samples per study requirements.
• Assist with breeding programs and cage husbandry.
• Support tumor studies with cell culture techniques.
