Lime Therapeutics is seeking a Research Associate – In Vivo Biology for a 6-month contract-to-hire role in New York, NY. You will work with scientists to execute preclinical oncology studies and assess novel therapeutics in relevant cancer models.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Biology or a related field with hands-on rodent in vivo experience.
• In vivo skills include mouse handling, restraint, and dosing with IACUC knowledge.
• Experience with mammalian cell culture and cancer cell lines.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple studies.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a startup environment.
• High agency and accountability in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Preclinical Oncology Studies: conduct pivotal cancer model studies to evaluate efficacy and tolerability.
• Animal Handling and Dosing: perform mouse handling, dosing by gavage/IP/SC/IV.
• Tissue Collection and Processing: collect tissues for downstream analyses.
• In Vitro Biology: maintain mammalian cell cultures and support assays.
• Data Integrity and Analysis: record data and analyze in GraphPad Prism and Excel.
• Operational Excellence: prepare materials, maintain equipment, ensure compliance with protocols.
• Collaboration: work with a startup team, adapt to evolving priorities, and occasional evenings.
