Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology or related field is required.
• BS + 2+ years or MS + 1+ year for Technician II title.
• For Technician II: ability to independently perform complex workflows.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.
• Rodent experience preferred; roles with colony management and injections.

Responsibilities

• Perform and support large-scale in vivo genetic screening experiments in rodent models.
• Manage rodent breeding colonies and coordinate longitudinal multi-cohort experiments.
• Perform injections and other rodent procedures to deliver perturbations and treatments.
• Collect tissues; prepare samples for downstream genomic analyses.
• Cloning, library construction, and viral vector production for in vivo studies.
• Prepare samples for single-cell sequencing and Perturb-seq workflows; QC.
• Contribute to multimodal single-cell and spatial transcriptomics projects.
• Maintain records and document workflows; present progress to team.
