Job summary

WillHire is seeking a capable in vivo researcher to lead routine CKD studies and assist in non-routine experiments within cardio-renal-metabolic models. Independence with minimal supervision is expected, alongside rigorous data handling and record-keeping per SOPs and IACUC rules.

You will interpret results, perform literature searches, assist in protocol writing, and collaborate across teams. A Master's or Bachelor's with 3+ years in related science is required; pharmaceutical or CRO exposure

Qualifications

Requires Master's or Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in related scientific discipline.
Experience in rodent CKD models is desirable but non-PhD applicants are welcome.
Pharmaceutical/biotech/CRO exposure is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Initiates and completes routine in vivo studies in CKD with minimal supervision.
Assists design and execution of non-routine experiments in CKD and CRM in vivo models.
Maintains records per SOPs and IACUC governance requirements.
Literature searches and data interpretation to propose follow-up steps.
Operates and troubleshoots lab equipment; ensures data integrity.
Takes part in writing protocols, procedures, and scientific reports.
Participates in weekend/holiday rotation as needed.
Collaborates in cardio-renal-metabolic research with team members.
