Qualifications

• Experience conducting in vivo studies with rodent models.
• Familiarity with CKD and cardio-renal-metabolic research is desirable.
• Ability to interpret experimental outcomes and propose follow-up steps.
• Compliance with IACUC governance and safe lab practices.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and completes routine in vivo studies in CKD and CRM contexts with minimal supervision.
• Assists design and execution of non-routine experiments in CKD/CRM in vivo models.
• Maintains records per SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Performs literature searches and extracts relevant protocol information.
• Operates and maintains lab equipment; troubleshoots when needed.
• Communicates work clearly, contributes to protocols and reports.
• Ensures data integrity and ethical standards in reporting.
• May participate in weekend/holiday rotation as needed.
• Applies basic theory to hands-on in vivo research; rodent dose routes understood.
• Develops proficiency in data analysis using Excel and GraphPad Prism.
