Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking an experienced scientist to independently initiate and complete routine in vitro studies, interpret results, and design non-routine assays. You will apply literature-based approaches, operate and maintain lab equipment, and contribute to training technicians and junior scientists in a collaborative team.

The role requires advanced molecular biology skills (RT-PCR, Western blot, ELISA) and strong documentation and reporting abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in aseptic mammalian tissue culture and molecular biology techniques is required.
• Familiarity with literature searches and data interpretation is expected.
• Ability to draft reports and communicate results clearly.
• PhD not required if experience matches above.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and completes routine in vitro studies independently and without supervision; interprets outcomes and follows up accordingly.
• Designs and executes non-routine cell-based in vitro and biochemical assays based on literature analyses.
• Applies basic scientific principles, performs literature searches, and keeps up with current research.
• Operates and maintains lab equipment; troubleshoots as needed.
• Proposes new experiments/technologies and supports training of technicians and junior scientists.
• Writes protocols, procedures, and technical reports; communicates findings within the team.
