Qualifications

• Master's degree with 3+ years' experience in a related scientific discipline or Bachelor's with 7+ years' experience.
• Experience in aseptic mammalian tissue culture and basic molecular biology techniques.
• Ability to draft technical reports and present data clearly.
• Proven problem-solving ability and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and completes routine in vitro studies independently with minimal supervision.
• Designs and executes non-routine assays based on literature analyses.
• Performs literature searches and keeps up with current scientific developments.
• Operates and maintains lab equipment; troubleshoots as needed.
• Proposes new experiments and contributes to training junior staff.
• Communicates results effectively within the team and documents protocols.
• Maintains accurate electronic lab notebooks and follows SOPs and policies.
