Job summary

Legend Biotech USA, Inc is seeking a Scientist – In Vivo CAR‑T Therapy to design and execute experiments advancing CAR‑T technology from discovery through preclinical development. You will work on in vivo and in vitro assays to evaluate potency, efficacy, and safety, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Education required is a PhD in immunology, biology, biochemistry, chemistry or related field, with at least two years of hands‑on cell/gene therapy experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute experimental studies to advance cell and gene therapy platforms, focusing on in vivo CAR‑T development from discovery to preclinical stages.
• Conduct and analyze in vitro and in vivo studies to evaluate product potency, efficacy, and safety.
• Prepare clear, detailed technical reports and presentations to communicate findings.
