Qualifications

• PhD in Immunology, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or a closely related field.
• 2 years of hands-on experience in cell and/or gene therapy research.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute experimental studies across in vivo CAR-T development.
• Evaluate product potency, efficacy, and safety through in vitro and in vivo studies.
• Develop and troubleshoot assays including ELISA, PCR, and viral vector work.
• Prepare clear, detailed technical reports and communicate results to teams.
