Sun Com in Schertz, TX is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to exceed monthly quotas, drive handset and plan sales, and model best practices for new hires. This full-time, in-person role emphasizes accuracy in paperwork, cash handling, and asset protection.

You will be expected to maintain store appearance, complete training on time, and work at least 4 days/30 hours per week; Spanish language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 days / 30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods and have reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to cash handling and paperwork accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas and drive revenue per guidance.
