Job summary

suncommobilecareers is seeking an in-person Retail Sales Consultant in Texas to exceed monthly sales quotas and drive revenue for handsets, plans, features, and accessories. You will model best practices, support new hires, and master systems like Aktivate and Paycom.

The role requires 18+ years old, 30 hours+ per week, and reliable transport to store and trainings. Spanish preferred; full-time with competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.
• High school or equivalent preferred.
• Retail sales experience 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• - Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• - Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company benchmarks on key metrics.
• - Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management guidance.
• - Model best practices and assist new hires and peers.
• - Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• - Master required systems (Aktivate, ADP, Cricket Learning, Paycom, etc.).
• - Review sales paperwork for discrepancies/errors.
• - Protect and maintain company assets.
• - Follow cash depositing procedures and own any deficiencies.
• - Maintain store appearance and complete trainings on time.
• - Record time & attendance accurately; manage time off as scheduled.
