Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Able to engage customers in a high-traffic store setting.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Leverages digital tools to educate customers and showcase value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Uses solution-based selling to demonstrate products and services to customers.
• Completes training on in-store experience, products, and processes.
