What you'll be doing day to day
Contribute to fulfilling customer orders across different sales channels in the retail store by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment processes.• Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy at the point of receiving.• Move products to their final selling locations (storage or sales floor).• Perform sales space replenishment flexibly and according to visual merchandising guidance.• Select goods for customers within the agreed time frame, ensuring excellent quality of delivery in a multichannel environment.• Follow store inventory control procedures, including proper transfer types and inventory taking.• Foster an environment where the IKEA culture is strong and inclusive, embracing diversity among co-workers and customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment role.

We offer a fun, inclusive work environment. This is a sensitive position; the successful candidate will need to complete a background check and drug test. The role is permanent, with hours ranging from 20 to 34 per week, including evenings and weekends. Work schedules are published one month in advance. The pay range is $19.68 to $28.11 per hour.
