What you'll be doing day to day

1. Contributing to fulfilling customer orders across different sales channels by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment.
2. Receiving inbound goods and maintaining inventory accuracy at the point of receiving.
3. Moving products to their final selling locations, whether in storage or on the sales floor.
4. Performing sales space replenishment flexibly and in accordance with visual merchandising guidance.
5. Picking goods for customers within the agreed time frame, ensuring high-quality delivery in a multichannel environment.
6. Following store inventory control procedures, including proper transfer types and inventory counts.
7. Fostering an environment where the IKEA culture is strong and inclusive, embracing diversity among co-workers and customers.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment role.
