Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Washington state is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to execute product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing elements. The role requires 1 year of retail experience and familiarity with visual, fashion, and space planning concepts. Shifts vary; travel to stores may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through consistent implementation of brand standards in key product stories and store navigation.
• Execute VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal merchandise changes as directed.
