You will implement key stories and placement strategies, adapting to store needs while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires 1 year of retail or sales experience and familiarity with visual merchandising or related design fields.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field
• For Experiential stores with food/beverage service only: Food safety and/or liquor service certification

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in product stories and store navigation.
• Execute powerful product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Execute VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal merchandise changes.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs and provide technical product education to enable omnichannel programs.
• Provide direct feedback and in-the-moment training related to brand standards and visual display techniques.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by supporting teammates.
