Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work within a single store, owning start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, and price changes. You will support merchandising and fixture assembly, while delivering legendary customer service to shoppers.

Ideal candidates have retail or merchandising background, basic computer skills, and strong communication. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and flexible shift coverage in a walk-in store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project related measurements and price changes.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and provide legendary customer service using GURA.
