Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team, primarily in a single store, owning and executing start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes while supporting merchandising and fixture assembly.

You will interact with customers and teammates to deliver legendary customer service and maintain planogram integrity and signage accuracy across the store.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and work shifts as needed.
• Conduct planograms, resets, and price changes accurately and promptly.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA guidelines.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and store operations on progress and issues.
• Promote safety and maintain a productive environment.
