Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute on-store tasks from planograms to signage updates, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service while supporting other merchandising duties.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to read and count accurately. Shifts vary by store and may exceed four hours, with physical tasks in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
