Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store on a variety of tasks from planograms to signage and price changes, while delivering legendary customer service. The role involves assembling merchandise and fixtures, maintaining signage, and supporting store operations with a flexible, team-driven approach.

Ideal candidates will have prior retail or merchandising experience, basic computer skills, and a self-directed work style.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Install and maintain store signage and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs; assist with fixture assembly.
• Provide legendary customer service and interact with customers and team members.
• Complete duties as assigned by supervisor.
