Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to execute start-to-finish tasks in-store, including planograms, signage updates and price changes. You will interact with customers and team members to deliver legendary service while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly.

Responsibilities include completing planograms, updating signage, and ensuring planogram integrity, with shifts that vary by store and may extend beyond 4 hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately is essential.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform store price changes and signage updates.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA guidance.
• Maintain regular attendance and work shifts as needed.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Ops on completion and issues.
