Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store on start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price updates, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service. You will interact with customers and teammates, maintain planogram integrity, perform price changes, and assist with merchandise and PDQ assembly; flexibility and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Reading, writing and counting ability is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project-related measurements and price changes.
• Install and maintain store signage including Circulators, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and customer focus using the GURA framework.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
