Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at our Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs and achieve positive financial outcomes.

You will work on-site in person, providing full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support. You’ll also help grow the client base locally and build long-term relationships while

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) required by law to file taxes.
Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season.
Familiarity with Circular 230.
Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week, Sundays through Saturdays.
Willingness to build local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
Grow TurboTax client base within the local community and nurture long-term relationships.
Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, front-facing retail environment.
