Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States, helping customers with tax preparation, advice, and software support.

You will build a local client base, foster relationships, and collaborate with marketing resources to grow TurboTax’s presence in your community while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, weekends included.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging with prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex tax scenarios.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience, building trust and long-term relationships.
