Job summary

RedLion Mobility in Litchfield, CT is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to engage customers, recommend telecom products, and drive sales in a fast-paced store environment. The role offers $18/hour plus monthly commissions and a path to higher earnings through performance.

Ideal candidates have customer-facing sales experience in wireless, cable, internet, or retail, can work flexible hours, and are comfortable meeting sales goals while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing sales experience in wireless, mobile, cable, internet, telecommunications, or retail sales.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales and commission opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and commission goals and store targets.
• Explain products, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
