Job summary

Tailored Events USA, a Spectrum Retail Partner in downtown Dayton, is hiring a Retail Associate who is energetic, personable, and eager to help customers choose the right Spectrum services for their homes.

As part of our in-store team, you will greet customers, present Spectrum offerings, guide sign-up and account setup, and work toward daily and team sales goals. This is a full-time, in-person role with paid training and real opportunities to grow as the team expands.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Motivated by goals in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
• Retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers on the retail floor, building genuine connections.
• Present Spectrum's offerings and match customers with the right plan.
• Guide customers through sign-up, account setup, and next steps.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• Stay current on Spectrum's products, pricing, and promotions.
• Keep the retail space clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Represent Tailored Events and Spectrum brand with professionalism.
