Tailored Events USA in Dayton, OH, is hiring an Entry Level Marketing Associate to join our downtown team full-time. No prior experience required; we provide full training from day one and help you build a foundation in in-person marketing, promotions, and brand awareness.

You will plan and execute live events, engage with the public, learn Spectrum's offerings, track performance, and collaborate with teammates.

Tailored Events is a Spectrum Retail Partner, representing Spectrum's internet, TV, and mobile services through in-person retail and event-based marketing. We're hiring an Entry Level Marketing Associate to join our downtown Dayton team full-time, no prior marketing experience required, just energy, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

• Help plan and execute in-person marketing campaigns and promotional events that put Spectrum's products in front of new customers
• Engage directly with the public through demos, retail activations, and community events to build brand awareness
• Learn and communicate Spectrum's internet, TV, and mobile offerings clearly and accurately
• Track campaign performance and share feedback with the team on what's working
• Collaborate with the broader Tailored Events team on event setup, materials, and logistics
• Represent the Tailored Events and Spectrum brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

What We’re Looking For

• Outgoing, adaptable, and comfortable talking to new people all day
• Interested in building a career in marketing, sales, or brand management
• No experience required, full training provided from day one
• Reliable, coachable, and eager to grow
• Available full-time, 5 days a week (schedule may include weekends)
• Able to work in person at our downtown Dayton location, this is not a remote or hybrid role
