Job summary

Charter Communications seeks a Retail Sales Specialist to promote and sell our Spectrum portfolio to existing and new customers. You will enhance the store’s customer experience, identify sales opportunities, and build lasting relationships through effective communication and product education.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• High comfort level with mobile devices, video platforms and common computer applications.
• Basic math skills.
• English literacy (read, write, speak, understand) and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.
• Strong performance in a fast-paced team environment.
• Effective communication with customers in person, on the phone and in writing.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building partnerships across the organization.
