Job summary

Tailored Events USA, a Spectrum Retail Partner in downtown Dayton, is hiring a Retail Associate who is energetic, personable, and eager to help customers choose the right Spectrum services for their homes.

As part of our in-store team, you will greet customers, present Spectrum offerings, guide sign-up and account setup, and work toward daily and team sales goals. This is a full-time, in-person role with paid training and real opportunities to grow as the team expands.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Motivated by goals in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
• Retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred, but training will be provided.

Tailored Events is a Spectrum Retail Partner, representing Spectrum's internet, TV, and mobile services through in-person retail experiences. We're growing our downtown Dayton team and looking for a Retail Associate who's energetic, personable, and excited to help customers find the right services for their homes.

What You'll Do

• Greet and engage customers on the retail floor, building genuine connections
• Present Spectrum's internet, TV, and mobile offerings and match customers with the right plan
• Guide customers through sign-up, account setup, and next steps
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• Stay current on Spectrum's products, pricing, and promotions
• Keep the retail space clean, organized, and welcoming
• Represent the Tailored Events and Spectrum brand with professionalism

What We're Looking For

• Strong communicator who's comfortable initiating conversations with customers
• Motivated by goals and comfortable in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
• Retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred — but we'll train the right person
• Reliable, coachable, and a team player
• Available full-time, 5 days a week (weekend availability if needed)
• Able to work in person at our downtown Dayton location — this is not a remote or hybrid role
