You will support sales processes, share product knowledge, and help create an outstanding in-store experience. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in retail or service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers and queue triage during busy periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and store operations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and recommend products/services.
• Create personal connections with guests and simplify tech for them.
• Assist team with guest interactions and follow-through during peak times.
