Job summary

Comcast Xfinity is hiring for a retail sales role in Santa Rosa, CA. You will engage customers, explain product features, and deliver outstanding service while meeting sales targets and supporting account-related tasks in-store.

You’ll promote brand offerings, stay current on Comcast products, and work in a dynamic team-driven environment with flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Base pay plus commissions is available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willing to flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm and explaining product features.
• Providing outstanding customer service in all interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets through follow-up and service excellence.
• Help customers interpret and pay bills in-store.
• Answer questions on services and update account data as needed.
• Promote Comcast/Xfinity products as a brand ambassador.

• Maintain detailed sales product knowledge and competitive information.
