Comcast is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to engage customers and explain product features in our Xfinity stores across Salinas, CA. You will meet sales targets, provide outstanding service, and help customers manage their accounts while promoting our brand.

The role requires a high school diploma, flexible scheduling, and reliability; training is provided to build product knowledge and customer expertise.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25 pounds and move around the store.

Responsabilidades

• Engage customers with enthusiasm and demonstrate product features.
• Provide outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and follow up for service excellence.
• Help customers interpret account statements and pay bills in-store.
• Answer questions on services and update account data.
