Job summary

Best Buy in Pleasant Hill, CA is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers select tech products and services and delivering friendly, personalized service. You’ll welcome customers, demonstrate products, answer questions and guide purchases to meet individual needs.

You will also handle cashier duties, keep shelves stocked, participate in ongoing product knowledge training and support in-store pickup and curbside orders as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
