Job summary

Best Buy is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers find the right tech products and services. You will be trained to confidently recommend solutions that fit individual needs and will join a team that values service and technical knowledge.

You will perform product demos, assist with purchases and returns, and contribute to a welcoming in-store environment while keeping the floor organized and ready for customers.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers' needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
