Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers choose tech products and services that fit their needs. You’ll learn to confidently recommend solutions and provide friendly, in-person support across departments.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, demonstrating products, handling cashier duties, keeping the floor stocked, and facilitating in-store and curbside pickups. A flexible schedule including holidays and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of retail or similar experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations across departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
