Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers select tech products and services. Training will enable confident recommendations tailored to each person’s needs, with a focus on customer service and teamwork.

In this role you’ll welcome shoppers, demo products, handle purchases and returns, and maintain a well-stocked sales floor. A 3-month retail background and flexible schedule are required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
