Job summary

Best Buy in Boise is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our store, helping customers find the right tech and services for their needs. We provide training to build product knowledge and sales confidence, while fostering a welcoming store environment.

In this role you will greet customers, demonstrate products, and guide purchases. You will also handle transactions and support pickup orders, with opportunities to grow through ongoing learning and development.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and recommendations across departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
