The role emphasizes tech-savviness, sociability, and proven direct sales experience, with a schedule Thursday through Monday and extensive market travel.

You will build relationships with store personnel, tailor sales tactics, and report on customer interactions to improve engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct sales, preferably in a retail environment.
• Available Thu–Mon schedule, including weekends.
• Willingness to travel within the market up to 90% of the time.
• Comfortable demonstrating and troubleshooting smart cart features.
• Familiar with Slack and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Engage with in-store customers to introduce smart carts through live demonstrations highlighting features and benefits.
• Develop and adapt sales tactics based on store environments and customer feedback.
• Establish positive relationships with store personnel and act as a brand ambassador for the product.
• Submit regular reports on customer interactions, offering insights for improving engagement.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly user acquisition goals.
