Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and move around the store constantly.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and maximizing customer satisfaction through follow-up and service excellence.
• Help customers interpret statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answer questions on current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade levels of service, and process general service requests.
• Act as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Provide expert-level understanding and passion around technology, especially Comcast products and services.
• Maintain detailed product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contribute to a fun and competitive environment and connect products to customers’ everyday lives.
• Adhere to retail policies to ensure a consistent, professional store environment.
