Job summary

Comcast Corporation is hiring for a Retail Sales role in our Denver area stores. You will engage customers, explain product features, and provide outstanding service while aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.

The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the ability to lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store. You will act as a brand ambassador for Comcast/Xfinity, maintain product knowledge, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced team environment with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to move around the store constantly.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features.
• Provide outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through follow-up and service excellence.
• Assist customers with account statements and bill payments in-store.
• Answer questions on services, make changes to account data, upgrade levels of service, and process general service requests.
• Promote Comcast/Xfinity products as a brand ambassador.
• Maintain detailed product knowledge and competitive information.
• Contribute to a fun and competitive store environment.
• Adhere to retail policies and maintain a professional store environment.
