Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States. We are seeking Sales Consultants who deliver world-class service to Every Guest. Every Time.

In this full-time role, you will be the face of Victra, using your passion for technology and customer service to connect guests with the products they need and create an outstanding in-store experience. You will earn base pay plus uncapped commissions, with paid training and a ramp-up period.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers to find solutions.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Collaborate with peers and store leaders to serve customers and resolve issues.
• Act as a passionate guest advocate and make the tech look simple.
• Provide product benefits and recommendations through excellent service.
• Create personal connections with guests to enhance the in-store experience.
• Support merchandising and store operations.
