Job summary

Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States and is seeking Sales Consultants who deliver world-class service to Every Guest. This part-time Retail Sales Consultant role offers uncapped earning potential, paid training, and opportunities for advancement.

You will execute Victra's sales process, share product knowledge, and connect guests to what matters most, becoming the face of Victra in-store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and November through December.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
