Job summary

Victra is Verizon’s premium retailer in the United States and is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service and connect guests to what matters most through our sales process and product knowledge.

You will exceed monthly sales goals, work with store leaders, create personal connections, and help guests understand tech in a fast-paced in-store environment. Training, career advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package accompany this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
