Every Time, connecting guests to what matters most through our sales process and product knowledge. As a full-time Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you will drive a premier in-store experience, exceed sales goals, and provide exceptional customer service while developing product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service in retail or sales environments.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
