Verizon is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to grow our in-store business and deliver exceptional customer service with cutting-edge technology. You will help customers find simple, intuitive tech solutions and expand the Verizon network.

This role is based in Michigan in a defined on-site location, with evenings and weekends expected. You can earn uncapped commissions alongside a base salary, plus health, dental and vision coverage and employee discounts.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during peak vacation periods.

Aufgaben

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by using strong communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop through ongoing training and up-skilling in merchandising and inventory.
• Engage with the community outside the store to expand the loyal customer base, including at off-site Verizon events.
