Earn base pay $16–$21 per hour with potential annual commissions up to $18,000, and top performers may reach $65,000–$75,500+ depending on geography and performance. Benefits start day one and include strong discounts and incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience preferred, demonstrated through work or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known 4 weeks in advance).
• Open to picking up additional shifts to earn more income during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by leveraging technology passion and customer service to grow Verizon network.
• Learn customer needs by building connections and asking questions.
• Present product insights and provide complete top-down sales solutions.
• Close sales with strong communication to meet customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Participate in ongoing training and develop skills across merchandising and inventory.
• Contact existing Verizon customers about products and services to grow customer base.
• Represent Verizon at off-site events to expand loyalty.
