You will learn customer needs, present product solutions, close sales, and participate in training. Base pay ranges from $16 to $21 per hour, plus up to $18,000/year in commissions; top performers can reach $65,000+ with additional incentives. Benefits start day one.

Qualifications

• One or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts to earn more income, typically during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by making connections and asking the right questions.
• Present product insights and solution recommendations to provide a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by communicating effectively to fulfill customer needs with simple, intuitive tech solutions.
• Continue professional development through ongoing training and upskilling in merchandising and inventory functions.
• Engage with current Verizon customers and prospects via outbound calls and texts.
• Represent Verizon at off-site events to grow the customer base.
