Job summary

Best Buy in Spanish Fort, AL is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our store. You’ll train to confidently recommend tech products and services to meet each customer’s needs.

You’ll welcome customers, demonstrate products, handle cashier duties, and support pickup orders while maintaining a clean, well-stocked floor. A minimum of 3 months retail or fast-paced environment experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
