Job summary

Best Buy in Tallahassee, FL is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers choose the right tech solutions and providing friendly, knowledgeable service.

You’ll welcome shoppers, demonstrate products, process purchases, returns, and exchanges, and maintain store cleanliness and stock. A minimum of 3 months in retail or similar fast-paced environments and flexible scheduling including holidays and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
