Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers choose the right tech products and services. You’ll receive training to confidently match solutions to individual needs, and you’ll engage customers with a friendly, helpful attitude.

Key duties include product demos, answering questions, making recommendations across departments, completing cashier transactions, and supporting in-store pickup and curbside orders.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and recommend solutions across departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
